The Jezek Pichacek books are among Kubasta's earliest work for children, see our listing above for JP mezi Lidmi. This book is signed by the writer and director of the puppet theater: Loutkova scena v dome Komenskeho, a reference to Comenius. CONDITION: Good Plus in Good jacket; no names, boards slightly rubbed on edges and corners, front board cracked in several places, although not visible on fixed endpaper, pages and paintings very bright with occasional soil in bottom corner; in jacket with no loss of paper but long half inch rubbed areas beside spine front and back, and at spine ends, and tag pull tear in upper corner, moderate edgewear repaired on interior with tape which does not show through.
