Because we are able to sell directly to you from our site, and thus save costs, we discount all our stock to 5% below our prices elsewhere.

We offer an additional 10% discount only:

Trade discounts are extended to open shops listed as such in the Bookhunter's Guide or Sheppard's Directory. Any other dealer discounts, whether courtesy or reciprocal, have been previously arranged in person.

We invoice or accept purchase orders from schools, libraries, private collections,research institutions and established customers.

Shipping

All our hardbacks are packed in a professional manner: in cardboard boxes with ample padding. We routinely ship overseas.

Book-rate US shipping is $3.50 total for any quantity of books, except that orders containing books larger than 9x12" are $4.50 per order. Priority and foreign shipping starts at $5 and climbs with weight.

Bulk Purchases of Ex-library books.

We initially started this business with the idea of stocking children's libraries, not grasping the scale that would be required. For that reason, we have about 2,000 paperbacks and 3800 ex-library books $12 and under for sale in bulk. All these books have been carefully selected for clean condition and literary value for a modern child, a good reader in Gr 1-6. If you are interested, we would be happy to send you a spreadsheet or a paper list.
