Selected in large part from an exhibit in 1932 of early children's books at the Victoria and Albert in 1932. Very clear pictures of the books as well as coloured plates. Books listed.
CONDITION: Very Good in Good Plus jacket; no names, tight with nice pages; bottom corners very bumped, but not worn, darkening along margins; in jacket with chipping and edgewear all around to 1/8" ; 3/8" missing from spine bottom and cracks and small hole in spine. Item #19088
