CONDITION: Good; neat 1937 birthday inscription, no other marks, boards bright, spine worn at ends and a bit frayed at creases but spine cloth not pasted down, little scratch on girl's hair; all endpapers lightly foxed overall, front spine paper cracked and partially reglued, rear hinge paper starting, but book is tight, unwrinkled, with very occasional light margin soil, coloured illustrations in nice condition.
