Angus, a little Scottish terrier who is still all head and feet, pushes his luck with his duck neighbors, and then races to hide under a sofa. The first of classic set of five Angus books about feelings that puppies and little children share, the excitement of adventure, the security of home. Based on Flack's own dog, and true to breed! A poor spine, but beautiful colour and crisp line in this early printing.
CONDITION: Good only; no names or other marks, clean boards, crease on top board,tips worn to card and edges to white, signature gatherings showing on 1/4" of spine ends and net for another 3/4", spine paper very rubbed, pages have occasional light margin soil and bends, most fairly clean and flat.
