A tiny survivor of what must have been a large print run, inexpensive to produce. Songs aimed at shaping a child' inclination:"Why should I join with those in play/In whom I've no delight/ Who curse and swear...." Also includes doxologies. (no scores) Scarce.

CONDITION: Good; light 19th c name L Winch, well-used with creases and wear on long edge, corner bumps, spots on cover, but clean pages. Item #22532
