Strong graphics. A first grade teacher trick recreated as a joyous book! Taylor was a designer of book jackets and employee of Time Magazine in the 30's, married to a NYC librarian. He published one other book, Tippletappleteventown, a children's number book, adding +1 in the same zany style.
CONDITION Very Good without jacket; no names, boards a bit faded with a few little nicks and rubs on bottom edge, inconspicuous half inch surface pull tear to white on lower left corner, interior pages bright, corners sharp. Item #22549
