The tale of a poor but kindly mouse family with many children. Charming details of their little house. These books, reissued from 1949 to 1955, have their own style, paper boards rather than pasted on plates, jackets, fewer pages than first ed. (Bode #64).

CONDITION: Near Fine in Very Good jacket; no names or other marks, (original price of 1,90 very lightly penciled on ep) straight, tight, eps toned, pale boards and pages pristine; in very lightly soiled jacket, with 3 tightly closed tears to a half inch, faded spine area, otherwise very crisp and clean.
