An early Dean's Rag book with covers by an artist with over 50 books for Dean as well as other publishers. Eugenie Richards was the socialist daughter of Nottingham lace workers with a bold artistic style and a commanding presence. Beautiful condition from the collection of former owners of Dean's, provenance supplied.
CONDITION: Very Good Plus; no names, faint foxed spots on white mob cap on top cover, apparent printer's error on back see image, otherwise very clean, flat, and crisp, as new. Item #22705
