Envelope with notes on the doll house. Six postcards: The Queen's Bedroom, The Drawing Room, the Library, The Royal Kitchen, The Wine Cellar, the Font Facade and Entrance Hall. "Bought on the premises of Windsor Castle" The dolls' house was devised as a token of national goodwill to Queen Mary in 1920, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, and a perfect miniature replica of a royal early 20th c residence in every detail. Postcards of the dolls' house were sold over many years in several groupings, envelope typefaces, and titles.

CONDITION: Fine in Very Good envelope; No writing, Postcards in fine condition, as new; clean envelope has rumpled corners and half inch tear on flap. Item #22785
